Return Policy

At Tawfiq, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our grape-shaped handmade cold process soaps. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our Return Policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • All returns must be initiated within days of receiving the item.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Due to the personal care nature of our products, for hygiene reasons, used or opened soaps are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Contact our customer service team at [Your Email Address, e.g., support@tawfiq.com] before the return deadline, stating your wish to return an item. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): After we confirm your eligibility for return, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not send back items without receiving an RMA number.
  3. Package the Item: Please carefully package the item to ensure it is not damaged during transit. Be sure to include your RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item Back: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within hours of receipt, providing clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and your order number.
  • We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Exclusions

  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for returns.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
