How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we'll send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor your package's progress.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. Sometimes, it takes a little time for the carrier's system to register the package.
When to Expect Your Tracking Information
We pride ourselves on our efficient order fulfillment! We process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days of your purchase. You can expect to receive your tracking information email within this timeframe. Please note that business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
What if I don't receive tracking information?
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please first check your spam or junk mail folder. Delivery Issues
